For those coming with broader health concerns outside of ADHD. Same idea, a low-pressure conversation to explore whether we're a good fit before you commit to anything.

Initial Naturopathic Consultation - 60 minutes | Online
Your health story, finally heard in full.
This is where we begin. Not with a quick fix - but with a genuine, deep dive into you. In our first session together, we'll explore your presenting concerns, your personal and family health history, and take a close look at how your body systems, lifestyle, environment, and nutrition are all connected. For my ADHD clients especially, this is often the first time someone has looked at the full picture - not just the symptoms, but the patterns underneath them.By the end of our time together, you'll have real clarity on why you've been feeling the way you do. We'll discuss a personalised path forward - which may include dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, nutritional supplementation, herbal medicine, or functional testing for deeper insights.Within 48 hours, you'll receive your personalised treatment plan.

Follow-Up Consultation - 30 minutes | Online
Available to existing clients only. We'll review any test results, track your progress, and map out your next steps. Your treatment plan will be updated within 48 hours of our session.

Acute Consultation - 15 minutes | Online
Need a quick check-in or prescription refill? This shorter session is designed for existing clients managing an acute concern - think stress support, a cold, a UTI - where you don't need a full review, just responsive, personalised care.

All consultations are held online and available to women across Australia. Payment is required prior to your appointment - an invoice will be sent 48 hours beforehand.
